I believe in you....

The following conversation occurred in the staffroom filled with my colleagues:

Teachah: I am very disappointed in you.
Johnny: Yessa, Danny-teachah.
Teachah: I know you can do better. I have faith in you.
Johnny: Yessa.
Teachah: Now Johnny, I believe in you.
Johnny: I know.
Teachah: I believe you can fly, Johnny.
Johnny: Yessa, teachah.
Teachah: I believe you can touch the sky.
Johnny: *puzzled look* Yessa.
Teachah: *takes Johnny’s hands* Now, I want you to think about that every night and day.
Johnny: Okay.
Teachah: Now spread your wings and fly away. *guides him out the room*

I have totally checked out now that I only have two weeks left.
